WHAT TO EXPECT?

BEFORE THE TREATMENT

This minimally invasive procedure is performed in the doctor’s clinic. The fine needles create tiny punctures, delivering RF energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production, resulting in tightened and firmer skin. The treatment typically takes 30-60 minutes.

Potenza™ Microneedling is generally safe but not advisable if you have a skin infection, a history of keloid scars, a bleeding disorder, or an implantable device like a pacemaker.

It varies based on your skin concerns and the doctor's recommendations, typically performed in a series of 3-4 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

Common ones include redness, swelling, and bruising, while rare side effects may include infection, scarring, pigmentation changes, and nerve damage.

AFTER THE TREATMENT

Results may appear as early as 2-4 weeks post-treatment, with minimal downtime lasting a few days.

Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, and avoid sun exposure and strenuous activity.

Potenza™ microneedling results can last up to a year, with occasional touch-up treatments recommended.

Look out for increased redness, swelling, or bruising, signs of infection such as fever or pus, severe itching, or pain.
