ABOUT THE TREATMENT
The Lutronic INFINI is a technology that utilizes microneedling with radiofrequency. It is the gold standard treatment for acne scars resurfacing. Other indications include tightening loose, wrinkled skin, shrinking enlarged pores and restoring radiant health to skin damaged by excessive sun exposure.
Its microneedling technique targets skin problems by treating the dermis where collagen is produced and released. Heat energy in the form of radiofrequency activity is also delivered directly to the dermis to stimulate production of collagen and enhance tissue strength. This type of fractional radiofrequency technology minimizes the risk of thermal damage occurring to the skin and provides patients with skin rejuvenating procedure without too much of downtime or recovery discomfort.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
BEFORE THE TREATMENT
While the face is an area most frequently treated by INFINI, it also works to correct “crepe-iness” of neck skin and wrinkling below the neck caused by aging, overexposure to the sun and tanning beds.
Typically, patients electing to undergo INFINI treatments can safely receive one treatment every four weeks until desired results are achieved.
INFINI's cutting-edge microneedling technology makes it safe to use on all skin types. Because it delivers RF energy to the dermis rather than the top layer of the skin, the chance of darker skin to experience hyperpigmentation is greatly minimized.
Topical anesthetic may be applied to treated area to minimize any discomfort. However, most patients might experience a mild uncomfortable stamping sensation as the RF energy is pulsed into your dermis
AFTER THE TREATMENT
Recovery following an INFINI treatment session involves a short period of downtime. You will be able to resume your normal schedule while experiencing only mild redness of the skin. Patients may experience a “sandpaper” feel to their skin that disappears within seven to 7-10 days.
